Monroe Consulting Group, an executive search firm, is hiring on behalf of a restaurant group. Our client is seeking an Organizational Development Manager (Senior Manager). This onsite role is based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, with a work schedule from Monday to Friday.

Summary

  • The Organizational Development (OD) Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, leadership development, and cultural alignment. This role acts as a key business partner to leadership teams by driving initiatives in change management, performance management, talent development, and organizational design to support long-term business growth.

  • This position reports directly to the Head of Human Resources

Scope of Authority

  • The OD Manager collaborates with business leaders and HR teams, leading OD initiatives, employee engagement programs, leadership development activities, and organizational diagnostics across the company.


Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Organizational Effectiveness & Design:
    • Analyze current organizational structures and recommend improvements to enhance agility, efficiency, and role clarity.
    • Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement org structure changes, role realignments, and workforce planning strategies.
    • Facilitate strategic planning sessions, team interventions, and organizational diagnostics.
  • Change Management:
    • Develop and implement change management frameworks to support business transformation and cultural shifts.
    • Lead communications and stakeholder engagement plans for key organizational changes.
    • Act as an internal consultant to guide departments through transitions with minimal disruption.
  • Learning & Leadership Development:
    • Design and oversee leadership development programs for emerging leaders, managers, and executives.
    • Assess training needs across departments and create learning strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Facilitate in-house workshops, team-building sessions, and coaching initiatives.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture Building:
    • Lead engagement surveys and implement follow-through action planning.
    • Monitor organizational health metrics (engagement, retention, productivity) and design programs to address issues.
    • Champion initiatives that drive a values-based culture and improve employee experience.
  • Performance & Talent Management:
    • Enhance the performance management process, ensuring alignment between individual goals and organizational objectives.
    • Partner with HR to manage succession planning, talent reviews, and high-potential programs.
    • Monitor and analyze talent data to inform leadership and organizational decisions.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Use employee data, pulse surveys, and performance metrics to generate insights and recommend targeted interventions.
    • Track KPIs for OD initiatives and report progress to senior leadership.


Job Requirements:

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience
    • At least 5-7 years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, or a related HR leadership role.
  • Knowledge and Skills
    • Proven experience in change management, leadership development, and organizational design. Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Analytical mindset with experience using HRIS, survey tools, or talent analytics platforms.
