As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for responsible the strategic and operational leadership of the site, ensuring production targets are met within a culture of safety and continuous improvement. This role is critical for driving operational excellence by optimizing yields and modernizing processes, all while fostering a high-performance culture across our technical and administrative teams. You will serve as the key point of contact for corporate leadership and external regulatory bodies, ensuring the plant remains a benchmark for efficiency and safety in the industry.
Job Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end plant operations, ensuring seamless integration between production, maintenance, utilities, and logistics.
Continuously analyze and refine production workflows to maximize yield, improve energy efficiency, and implement rigorous cost-control measures.
Ensure all site activities strictly adhere to Thai industrial safety, environmental standards, and labor regulations.
Serve as the primary lead for external audits, managing relationships with customers, regulatory authorities, and international certification bodies.
Act as the critical bridge between the manufacturing site and the Corporate Office, ensuring alignment on KPIs, reporting, and company-wide initiatives.
Oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of the plant to maintain a structured, efficient, and well-documented working environment.
Lead, mentor, and coach multi-disciplinary teams across Production, Maintenance, and Quality Assurance to foster a culture of high performance.
Manage plant assets and workforce planning to meet production targets while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
Extensive experience in chemical manufacturing or heavy industry operations.
Strong knowledge of Thai industrial laws, hazardous substance regulations, and safety standards.
Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing large, diverse teams.
Able to work 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday)
Proficiency in English and Thai, knowledge in Hindi will be a plus.
Open to Indian and Thai nationality.
