Executive Recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational SaaS (Supply Chain/Logistics) company looking for a Presales position, highly preferable from a SaaS and Logistics company background. The job is to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia with a hybrid working arrangement.
Responsibilities:
- Understand client's business and needs, then create solutions using our products.
- Find new challenges for clients that our technology can solve.
- Discover new markets where our solutions can add value.
- Help clients implement services and plan projects well.
- Ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Spot opportunities to expand services.
Qualifications:
- Previously worked in Presales or Technical Consultant roles.
- Over 3 years of experience in the Logistic/Supply Chain SaaS.
- Strong knowledge of WMS/TMS.
- Would be a plus point if you have exposure to CPG industry, specifically in Southeast Asia.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, fluent in English.
