Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a company that is a digital payments enabler and provider. The job is located in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines and for Hybrid work arrangement.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Develop sound test strategies and write quality test cases and Test Plans.
- Understand and adhere to the testing process and knowledge of testing methodologies.
- Perform black and white testing, and log defects and root causes into the bug tracking system.
- Work alongside project documentation and development team to verify defect fixes through release cycles.
- Defect tracking and reporting
- Handle automation testing tools
- Design and develop an automated regression test suite
- Carry out non-functional/performance testing
- Participate in user acceptance activities such as User Acceptance Testing case writing and User Acceptance Testing
Key Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably 1-4 years experienced employee specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent
- Unit/regression testing and preparation of test cases
- Knowledge of Database concepts (Relational databases) and SQL queries.
- Basic knowledge of Web applications and automation tools.
