Our client is seeking a seasoned and detail-oriented QA Division Manager to oversee quality assurance across the entire production process, ensuring consistent standards and compliance with international requirements. This role is based at their advanced facility in Thailand.
The QA Division Manager will play a critical role in safeguarding product integrity, optimizing quality systems, and leading a dedicated team to deliver fabrics and garments that meet the demands of global markets. Job Responsibilities
- Lead the QA division to ensure all fabrics and garments meet international quality standards and customer specifications
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures across weaving, dyeing, finishing, and garment production stages
- Monitor fabric testing, inspection, and audit processes to maintain product consistency and compliance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma, SPC, and Lean methodologies to optimize production quality
- Collaborate with production, R&D, and merchandising teams to resolve fabric quality issues and enhance product performance
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for recurring defects
- Ensure compliance with customer audits, certifications, and international textile regulations
- Provide leadership, training, and performance management to QA staff across multiple production lines
- Report on quality KPIs, defect rates, and improvement initiatives to senior management
Job Requirements
- Education background or experiences in Textile Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- Strong background in QA within textile, fabric, or garment manufacturing industries
- Proven managerial experience with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
- In-depth knowledge of fabric properties, garment production processes, and QA/QC methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Six Sigma, SPC, Lean Manufacturing, and other quality frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to quality challenges
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in QA tools, testing software, and MS Office applications
- Strong command of English (spoken and written) is essential
