Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a multinational corporation that designs and manufactures athletic and casual footwear, apparel, and accessories. Our respected client is seeking a Retail Partner Manager who will drive sales, profitability, and brand growth at the Client's partner stores while promoting the Client's values and standards. This role will be assigned in Makati, Philippines.
Key job responsibilities include:
* Responsible for ensuring that the sales target given for the year is achieved across the partner stores
* Managing the partners in terms of store operations, taking care of their financial account management by measuring their account receivables and payables
* Responsible for ensure that the store KPIs are maintained
* Maintaining the stores as per client Standard operations
* Evaluation of sites for opening new stores for business development in the new territories
* Maintaining checklists in-store to measure
* Making sure partner store teams are in sync with Client SOP
* Maximise the business & sales through partner stores
Requirements:
* Graduate of any course
* Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations/Partner Store roles, with 2-3 years in a similar position within a Global Brand in a customer service-oriented environment (preferably apparel/footwear/sports/outdoor).
* Minimum 2 years of managerial experience.
* Experience in managing multiple stores is required.
