Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies for growth and profitability.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Analyze the company's financial performance to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay up-to-date with the competitive landscape and identify new areas of opportunity.

Qualifications:

  • Experienced in hotel acquisition, strong knowledge of the hotel industry, and emerging technology trends.
  • Min. of 5 years of experience in real estate or hospitality industry.
  • Wide network and connections in real estate and hospitality industry.
  • Proven success in business development and commercial, preferably in the technology or hospitality industry.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments.
  • Solid English communication skills; both written and verbal.
