Our client is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Manager to lead international client communications, manage order execution, and ensure seamless coordination across production and quality teams. This role is based in Thailand.
The Sales Manager will serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal operations, ensuring smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and adherence to quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales and merchandising professional to strengthen client relationships and drive business growth in the global garment industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage communication with international customers regarding order placement, requirements, and delivery timelines
- Oversee product sample preparation to ensure alignment with customer specifications before submission
- Coordinate with the production department to ensure effective execution of production plans according to customer orders
- Monitor product quality in collaboration with the QC department to ensure standards are met before final delivery
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination with production, quality, logistics, and other internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Lead, guide, and support the sales/merchandising team to achieve departmental and business objectives
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or merchandising within the garment industry, with prior managerial responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of garment production processes; familiarity with export documentation is an advantage
- Strong negotiation, communication, and team management skills
- Demonstrated ability to plan, control, and manage cross-functional coordination effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and merchandising-related systems
- Good command of English (speaking, reading, and writing)
