Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting a Sales Director on behalf of a renowned personal care consumer goods company based in Quezon City. The role will directly report to the CEO and will be leading the expansion of diverse and innovative brands and achieve respective targets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Growth of the Sales Team - As Sales Director, the role will be the driving force behind a high-performing sales team. The role involves not just leading but also expanding the team. This means actively recruiting, training, and mentoring sales professionals. The role will be responsible for creating an environment that fosters growth, innovation, and a deep commitment to our values. The leadership will directly impact our team's development and success.
  • Driving Revenue Growth and Market Expansion - Primary objective will be to drive significant revenue growth and expand our market share. This involves setting and achieving ambitious sales targets, developing effective sales strategies, and ensuring product portfolio continues to meet market demands. The success will be measured by your ability to consistently grow our sales figures and establish company as a leading brand in the market.
  • Nationwide Expansion of Sales Operations - The role will play a crucial role in broadening company's market reach. This involves strategizing and executing plans to expand sales operations across the Philippines. The role will be expected to understand regional market dynamics, identify potential areas for growth, and develop tailored strategies to penetrate new markets effectively. This will guide expansion efforts and ensure our brand's presence is strengthened nationwide.
  • Creation and Optimization of Sales Systems - A key part of the role will be to establish and refine sales systems. This means developing processes that are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business goals. The role will be leveraging technology and data analytics to streamline operations, enhance sales reporting, and improve decision-making.
  • Innovative Marketing Collaboration - Collaboration with the marketing team is essential. The role will work closely with them to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns, ensuring a cohesive approach to market penetration and brand positioning. The role in this collaboration will be to provide sales insights that help shape marketing initiatives and to ensure that the sales team is fully equipped to leverage these campaigns for maximum impact.


Key Qualifications:

  • Senior Management Experience - At least 5 years in Senior Sales Leadership role in the FMCG industry, with exposure to world-class or international FMCG.
  • Nationwide Expansion Capability - Proven track record in previous roles.
  • Willingness to Travel - Nationwide availability.
  • Change Management Skills - Experience in implementing technology or process initiatives.
  • Hyper-Growth Exposure - Experience in a +40% growth environment annually and/or leading a company to signigicant increases in Revenue.
  • Education - MBA or similar preferred
