Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a global FMCG company with a strong presence in food and consumer products, operating across multiple sales channels and supported by an established distributor network. Our client continues to strengthen its market position through structured trade execution, effective marketing programs, and consistent channel development.
We are seeking a Sales Executive based in Bogor who will be responsible for developing assigned territories in line with company objectives. This role will focus on executing channel and territory plans, supporting business and marketing initiatives, monitoring campaign effectiveness, and gathering market intelligence on competitor activities to drive sustainable sales growth.

Job Descriptions:

  • Develop areas that are in line with company objectives.
  • Arrange activities to maximize territory/channel plans.
  • Plan, implement and monitor business activities and campaigns to achieve business targets and market share set in related channels.
  • Involved in business and marketing programs, effectiveness of programs and activities against objectives.
  • Market intelligent to report all competitors' activities.


Job Requirements:

  • Held a minimum bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG business and marketing
  • Experience in all channel and experience in working through distributors
  • Displays potential for taking initiative and with inter-personal and communication skills.
  • Displays basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Independent, self-motivated and determined to succeed in a challenging environment.
  • Willing to travel out-station and overseas where required.
  • Computer skills: PowerPoint, Words and Excel.
