Job Summary:
Our respected client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with a proven track record in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) industry for the job of Sales Manager.

The Sales Manager is expected to possess exceptional skills in enterprise IT product and solution selling, along with expertise in channels management, account management, and sales operations. The role requires strong leadership capabilities and a comprehensive understanding of product management, marketing, and customer relationship management. The Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth and fostering lasting client relationships. The job is in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share within the ICT industry.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment that encourages individual and team success.
  • Manage and cultivate strong relationships with key accounts and channel partners, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of effective product marketing strategies, including promotional campaigns and product positioning initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and proactively respond to industry changes.
  • Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals, effectively representing the company's products and services.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to the sales team, enabling continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of sales strategies with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer support.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports, utilizing MS Office and Salesforce, or similar software, to track sales performance and forecast future opportunities.

Key job requirements include:

  • 10-15 years of progressive work experience in the ICT industry with a proven track record of achievements and success in sales management.
  • Strong expertise in enterprise IT product and solution selling, with a comprehensive understanding of sales operations and account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and public relation skills, coupled with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Proficient in MS Office and capable of using Salesforce or similar CRM software.
  • Ability to travel independently within the Philippines, with 70% fieldwork expected.
  • A strong team player with exceptional leadership skills and the ability to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Demonstrated technical acumen in the IT industry, coupled with a proactive approach to staying updated with industry trends and advancements.
