Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Luxurious Real Estate company. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 10 years of experience in Sales Planning and Strategy in a similar company for the job of Sales Planning Manager. The job is based in Jakarta Area, Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve company sales objectives and revenue targets.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges within the real estate market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to align sales plans with overall business objectives.
  • Evaluate and set sales targets and KPIsKPIs for sales teams and individual agents, taking into account market dynamics, competition, and business priorities.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIsKPIs on an ongoing basis, providing regular reports and analysis to senior management.
  • Identify areas for improvement and optimizationoptimization in sales processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance and support to sales teams in developing and executing strategic sales plans at the regional and local levels.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate market, and integrate relevant insights into sales planning activities.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales organizationorganization.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales analysis, preferably in the real estate or property industry.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic sales plans and initiatives.
  • Strong analyticalanalytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in sales planning tools and software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organizationorganization.
