Senior HR Manager

The successful candidate must have the ability to flex between the strategic and operational and operate effectively within an autonomous role. Responsibilities will be including:

- Help create a culture which encourages teamwork and ownership of the business results;
- Provide leadership and functional HR support for Indonesia operation;
- Set up lead and fully execute key initiatives that support Company's HR strategy;
- Guide leaders and employees regarding Company policies, values, HR programs including compensation & benefits administration and interpretation to ensure policies and procedures are handled consistently and in a timely manner;
- Accurately diagnose organisation issues, develop solutions and implement action plans;
- Ensure activities are in compliance with local employment laws and regulations;
- Assist leadership in performance management and developing effective pipeline and succession plans;
- Understand the business operations from both a strategic and tactical perspective;
- Partner with local teams to ensure ongoing outreach;
- Develop and execute HR strategies to improve overall scalability within organisation and culture;
- Lead and participate in Region level Diversity and Inclusion initiatives;
- Be a confident communicator and able to effectively present to all levels of the organisation;
- Effective manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks and work independently;
