Monroe Consulting Group, an esteemed executive search firm, is representing a global leader in industrial productivity solutions and is actively seeking a Service Sales Engineer highly skilled in cultivating and enhancing relationships with current clientele within, assigned territory, while proactively expanding customer base through targeted prospecting and identification of new opportunities. Committed to delivering exceptional after-sales support to uphold highest standards of service excellence. The office is located in Biñan, Laguna, with working hours from Mondays to Fridays, 8 am to 5 pm.

Job Summary:
The Service Sales Engineer plays a pivotal role in:

  • Strategically planning and prioritizing sales initiatives to meet predefined business objectives, optimizing personal time management for enhanced productivity.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunities, maintaining consistent engagement with all clients to foster long-term relationships and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on allocated leads, analyze the installed base and customers, generate proposals for Sales of CTS spare parts and service products.
  • Liaise with colleagues handling Equipment sales to co-ordinate activities where appropriate and ensure that sales are obtained, and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Upselling products and services, carry out Tele sales, mailer campaigns, research and generate new leads for CTS products.
  • Maximize the revenue and profitability of the service business across the assigned territory by promoting sales of the compressor technique Service products to new and existing customers, in accordance with agreed business plans.
  • Ensure timely collection payments from customers.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or any engineering discipline.
  • Experience in sales or marketing industrial products is an added advantage.
  • With experience in field work is an advantage.
  • Knowledge about the compressed air market or products is an added advantage.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good Interpersonal skills & Proactive
  • Effective Communication Skills, Digital tools user
  • Skill in solution selling and developing difficult and new markets.
  • Hard working person with good perseverance, Enthusiastic and aggressive
