Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Leading Dental Clinic for the role of Sr Marketing & Digital Manager. The job description will be as follow :

Job Description :

  • Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that integrate both offline and online channels to drive patient acquisition and retention.
  • Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement across platforms.
  • Plan and implement offline marketing activities such as print advertising, direct mail campaigns, community events, and partnerships to enhance the clinic's visibility and reach.
  • Ensure the clinic's brand is consistently represented across all marketing materials and channels, maintaining a strong and positive public image.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven decisions to optimize future efforts.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI across all marketing activities.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment while ensuring the successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Job Requirements :

  • At least 7-15 years of total experience in marketing, with a focus on both digital and traditional channels.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields; advanced degrees or certifications in marketing are a plus.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing marketing teams, with a track record of successful campaign execution and brand growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing team members.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, as well as a solid understanding of offline marketing techniques.
