Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of an FMCG seeking to hire an Accounting & Tax Manager for their Indonesia office. This job is located in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Job Descriptions:
- Managing the local Accounting & tax department and collaborating closely with the Shared Services organization to continuously provide excellent services to the business units in the area of accounting know-how, finance activities
- Ensure all accounting and financial reports are well prepared and submitted to headquarters, ensure compliance with local FRS and IFRS, and ensure timely and accurate submission
- Handle year-end audit, prepare audited financial statement, year-end audit package, and liaise with external auditor.
- Tax Management, such as compliance, reporting, audit, and TP Documentation
- Account Receivable (AR), Account Payable (AP), Fixed Asset Management, Trade Finance Management, General Accounting and Reporting
- Bank Relationship Management
- Risk Control Matrix (RCM) and manage internal control activities (Internal Audit)
- Manage treasury functions, cash forecasts, and working capital in accordance with company policies and Cash Flow Analysis)
- Manage, develop, and coach the Accounting and Tax team to fulfill the responsibilities assigned
- Achieve high performance in all key performance indicators of the accounting process
Job Requirements:
- At least 8-10 years of overall experience in accounting and tax within the FMCG sector
- Holds strong understanding of AR, AP, Fixed Asset Management, General Accounting and Reporting, Financial Management
- Have prior experience in managing internal audits and collaborating with external auditors
- Familiar with Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Solid leadership skills in managing team members
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
