Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales and business development activities
  • Identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors
  • Achieve revenue and profitability targets


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B industrial equipment or compressor sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for performance, innovation, and growth
