Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading FMCG company. Our client is looking for a Territory Sales Manager that plays a pivotal role in driving sales and market presence within a specific geographic area. Success in this role requires a combination of strategic planning, strong leadership, and effective customer relationship management.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets within the territory.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers in the territory.
  • Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets within the territory.
  • Develop promotional activities and campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales.



Key job qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, preferably in the retail and FMCG sectors.
  • Experience in managing South Area (Batangas and Laguna)
  • Strong background in operations, execution, and sales strategy.
