International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing AgriTech company. As the business keeps developing, our client is seeking for UXUI Designer position. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Job Summary:
The dedicated UXUI Designer is expected to help us with Web/UI design, creative design, and branding our brand.
Job Responsibilities:
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and frontend engineers.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets.
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of industry experience in UI/UX design and 1 year experience in focusing UI design
- Familiar with one of the mainstream UI frameworks such as Element, Material, etc. and use them whenever you can.
- Familiar working with frontend engineers and product team, and have knowledge of basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills.
- Solid understanding of principles of good layouts, compositions, colors, and branding.
