Monroe Consulting Group, an award-winning executive recruitment firm, is recruiting on behalf of one of Thailand's well-established non-life insurance companies, offering a broad suite of general insurance solutions including motor, property & casualty, travel, accident, health, and other specialized insurance products to both individual and corporate clients.
This position responsible for driving revenue growth within the Financial Institutions segment by developing strategic plans and setting performance targets for both new and renewal business. Oversees end-to-end business operations, including planning, performance monitoring, process optimization, and workflow management to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Provides strategic advisory support to business partners, clients, and internal stakeholders to enhance efficiency, strengthen relationships, and achieve assigned revenue goals.
Job Responsibilities
Define long-term strategies and revenue targets for both new and renewal business for Financial Institutions business partners.
Plan, monitor, control operations, manage the team, and improve work processes in alignment with plans to achieve targets.
Monitor, supervise, and analyze sales performance within target customer groups, including market direction, competitor sales approaches, promotions, support decision-making, provide guidance, increase sales opportunities, and improve sales team effectiveness.
Review and evaluate team performance in each cycle to ensure achievement of targets.
Develop sales and marketing teams by enhancing product knowledge, presentation skills, negotiation skills, business opportunity analysis, to ensure successful execution and goal achievement.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with financial institution clients, continuously expand new client base, and participate in relationship management activities both externally and internally.
Build and maintain strategic cooperation with relevant internal and external parties to support the division's goals.
Strengthen, maintain, and enhance the company's image and reputation, and build long-term partner relationships.

Extensive marketing/sales experience, including insurance business-related experience
