We are currently looking for a VP of Business Operations to help managing the growth and operations business for the company. This job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Job descriptions:
- Managing end to end for product operations, business operations, and customer excellence.
- Creating strategic planning for the growth of company with the stakeholders.
- Developing SOP or standard policies within the company in order to create more efficient and effective business process.
- Overseeing budget and expanses to help maximize costs and benefits.
- Establishing new processes to improve or increase productivity or profitability within the business.
- Forecast future operational needs based on data and current business trends.
Job requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience in handling operations coming from technology startup.
- Extensive experience managing product operations, business operations, and customer excellence
- Strong business acumen about the current market trends.
- Extensive experience in handling the operations of different business functions.
- Strong leadership and management skills, understand how to motivate the team effectively.
- Great in project management skills.
- Fluent in English.
