Monroe Consulting Group is supporting a well-established and rapidly growing clinic chain in Indonesia in their search for an experienced VP Operations. This senior leadership role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, business expansion, and long-term strategic growth across the clinic network. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in multi-site operations, service innovation, and business scalability within the healthcare or service-driven industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall clinic operations across Java-Bali, ensuring excellent patient experience and efficient service delivery.
- Translate company vision into operational roadmaps, ensuring fast and effective execution in a rapidly scaling environment.
- Act as the core bridge between Head Office and all clinics, aligning operations with Marketing, Human Capital, L&D, and SCM.
- Oversee daily operations of all clinics, ensuring service consistency, clinical readiness, patient flow efficiency, and operational compliance.
- Support new clinic openings, capacity planning, and service expansion to accelerate national scale.
- Strengthen operational frameworks and SOPs to support rapid growth and complexity.
- Ensure the clinic network consistently delivers superior patient care in line with the brand's premium service positioning.
- Continuously evaluate service gaps, patient feedback, and clinic performance to elevate service standards.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in operations leadership, ideally in clinic chains, healthcare services, hospitals, retail healthcare, or multi-site service businesses.
- Strong experience managing multi-site operations with large-scale workforce (hundreds to 1,000+ staff).
- Proven track record in service excellence, operational scaling, and turning strategy into execution.
- Experience working in fast-growing, non-bureaucratic environments.
