Our respected client is looking for a Workflow Management Senior Manager. The role is based in BGC, Taguig City with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite per week).
Job Summary
The Workflow Management Senior Manager will lead a team of digital marketing professionals responsible for delivering a full suite of advertising solutions across YouTube, Google.com, and other online platforms. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a global team of digital marketing associates, team leads, and managers responsible for campaign implementation services.
- Provide site and program-level leadership, represent the workflow in various forums, and demonstrate strategic thought leadership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, supporting them through strategic initiatives and providing actionable insights.
- Coach and mentor managers and team leaders; conduct regular engagement sessions to guide and motivate teams toward performance excellence.
- Drive cross-functional and cross-site projects that enhance productivity, quality, customer experience (CX), and operational efficiency.
- Manage multiple complex workstreams in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of communication and leadership.
- Conduct root cause analyses (RCAs) and develop remediation strategies for escalations or customer dissatisfaction.
- Act as a point of contact (POC) during critical situations, ensuring swift resolution.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the client journey and identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
- Oversee smooth adoption of new products, processes, and updates while proactively managing service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Uphold high performance standards aligned with company values and operational policies.
Key Qualifications
- Deep understanding of the Google Ads ecosystem, including campaign trafficking, optimization, and troubleshooting across Search, Display, and Video campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of online advertising campaign types and pricing models (PPC, CPM, CPV, CPA).
- 12-15 years of experience in IT/BPO/ITES, with at least 7 years in the digital advertising industry.
- Proven track record managing large, diverse teams; experience managing managers is preferred.
- Strong client relationship management and team leadership skills.
- Excellent command of English-both written and verbal-with outstanding interpersonal communication.
- Analytical problem-solver with the ability to provide actionable recommendations.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously.
