The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support across sales operations, service coordination, and marketing administration to ensure smooth internal processes and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Service Operations Support Respond to incoming customer inquiries via the service hotline and dispatch jobs to Service Engineers. Prepare the weekly preventive maintenance order list and maintain the monthly utilization report for Service Engineers.
