Accounting & Tax Manager (Pharmaceutical)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounting & Tax Manager to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company. This job is based in Cikarang Selatan, Indonesia. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations, including GL, AP, AR, inventory, and fixed assets. Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing. Prepare financial statements in compliance with PSAK and company policies. Monitor and control inventory accounting, costing, and COGS reporting for manufacturing activities. Manage all tax matters including PPh, PPN, and other statutory obligations. Review and submit monthly and annual tax reports accurately and on time. Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during audits and assessments. Provide tax planning strategies to optimize compliance and efficiency. Implement and strengthen internal controls within finance and tax functions. Lead, coach, and develop the accounting & tax team. Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting. Ensure ERP/accounting systems are properly maintained for reliable data and compliance. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Professional certification such as CPA, CA, or Brevet A & B is a plus). Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting and taxation, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of PSAK, Indonesian tax regulations, and manufacturing accounting. Experience in pharmaceutical, FMCG, or other manufacturing industries is highly preferred. Proficient in ERP/accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Accurate, or similar). Key Responsibilities Market & Portfolio Development Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including new product ideas, in-licensing, out-licensing, co-marketing, or distribution partnerships. Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess product potential and align with business strategy. Lead the development of business proposals, including financial analysis, cost structure, and projected ROI. Product Lifecycle & Cross-Functional Coordination Drive end-to-end business development processes, from concept to commercialization. Investment Manager

Responsible for delivering risk-controlled, policy-compliant returns on company's local and offshore portfolio. Primary objective will be to preserve capital while ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Execution: Maintain the company's Strategic Asset Allocation (SAA), propose Tactical Asset Allocation (TAA) tilts, and schedule rebalancing to optimize the portfolio. Will also define clear entry and exit rules for investments. Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and produce investment memos on potential investments, including bonds, ETFs, and equities. This includes analyzing the investment thesis, valuation, potential risks, and market catalysts. Will be responsible for tracking key macroeconomic indicators such as interest rates, foreign exchange (FX) rates, and inflation, as well as monitoring issuer credit. Trading & Execution: Execute trades with a focus on best execution, including running Requests for Quotes (RFQs) where feasible and meticulously documenting price discovery.
