Our respected client is seeking for a Sustainability Manager who has a relevant experience in sustainability project management. This position requires an onsite work setup in Makati City. Key job responsibilities include: Prepares studies for the management in terms of environmental protection. Consolidates environmental management reports and audits their correctness and accuracy. Consolidates sustainability parameters needed by parent company for their sustainability reporting. Manages special projects from facilitating biddings, awarding of bids, and facilitating actual implementation of projects. Attend ALI Sustainability forums/ meetings and implement/ conduct sustainability activities as deemed necessary. (i.e. waste projects, ALI Net Zero targets etc.) Conducts trainings/ seminars to PMs and tenants/ residents/ customers related to sustainability and environment regulations. Key job responsibilities include: Oversee bookkeeping, monitoring, and financial transaction control for the property. Deliver precise and dependable information to aid management and operations in assessing financial outcomes. Supervise billing and collection processes. Prepare and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements from BIR, External Auditor, and SEC. Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies. Evaluate year-end forecasts and annual property budgets. Address additional financial report requests from the BOT/Finance Committee. Key responsibilities include: Help the organization's management of inventory, allocating resources, forecasting future sales, and maximizing the organization's production. Managing inventory items, controlling day-to-day inventory operations, and implementing inventory control protocols. Consolidate non-moving and excess inventory by project and recommend possible negotiable terms. Manages the development, creation and maintenance of appropriate and competitive pricing data based on a variety of factors, management of pricing updates, and ongoing tracking of current trends. Responsible for all pricing-related concerns, such as selling price identification, escalation, analysis, and recommendation.
