Core Network Engineer

Executive Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a global system provider for end-to-end communication solutions and telecom infrastructures. Our client is looking for a Core Network Engineer. This job is based in Makati City, Metro Manila and on a full onsite working arrangement. Key Job Responsibilities Service delivery assigned to the company Provide remote support and when necessary on-site technical support for the company customers escalation. Establish and maintain key contacts with pertinent Product Management/R&D groups, Support Center (NE group) to facilitate the flow of technical information. Deliver full suite of company Professional Services offerings such as, Deployment, Network Optimization, Installation Supervision etc. Provide current customers and prospective customers with a clear understanding of their hardware, software, installation, and professional services support options throughout the pre- and post-sales cycle (work with the local Sales Engineer). Must be able to provide customer communication interface and politics such that all issues communicated place company in the best possible light. This may include managing this information with a competing vendor directly involved. Must be able to provide pro-active engagement of technical design reviews or support to ensure all requirements and resources are defined for support of the customer network implementation. Must be able to provide internal management and sales team of regular status reports for Severity 1 / 2 problems in writing. Responsible for implementation of software upgrade/patch and testing support as needed. Provide input to the Area Service Manager or Project Manager on what tools are needed to support the technology/product you service in your area (i.e. lab equipment, test equipment). Key Job Qualifications Graduate of Electronics/Electronics and Communications Engineering UNIX/LINUX, Windows and VoIP Knowledge Preferably knowledgeable in IMS based Core Network, UCaaS, Cloud PBX/IPPBX or VoIP Applications in Telco Cloud Platform At least 5 years of experience in a support services environment knowledge of operational and procedural aspects of core network system, hardware, software and peripheral equipment. Knowledge in various protocols used in voip application and able to capture and analyze call or signalling trace. Experience in core network equipment installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting. Knowledge in oracle database administration and its corresponding applications such as replication and performance tuning is preferred.

Sales Coordinator

Our client is looking for a Sales Coordinator that will be directly reporting to the Deputy General Manager. This job is based in Makati City, Metro Manila. Key Job Responsibilities: Penetrate target markets through relationship building and ensure that customer needs are heard, evaluate their requirements and turn them into successful Purchase Orders for the company. This includes Managing the customers and maintaining good relationships with existing customers and establish new ones with potential customers. Manage action plans, strategies & execute activities and programs to meet sales objectives including facilitation for documentation needs such as company certifications. Assist in the creation and have a direct overview of the company's sales pipeline and ensure that it is aligned with company directives/goals. Organize and facilitate for the requirements for Equipment Demonstration/Product Showcases and Type Approval Processes. Enhance/build professional relationships with customers and suppliers alike to manage commercial expectations during the sales cycle and close deals in close working relationship with the Country Head. Respond to RFI/RFQ/RFP in close working relationship with the Pre-sales Manager and other assigned personnel Professionally conduct product presentations to customers and partners. Participate in conferences, shows, exhibitions when appropriate and requested. Be responsible for proper turn-over of sold accounts to project teams after successful acceptance of Purchase Orders and Contracts.
