They are seeking Academy Manager that will serve as the strategic and operational lead of the Academy in the Philippines. The role oversees training programs, curriculum development, and product education across Sales, Aftersales, and Customer Experience. This position requires hands-on leadership, proactive stakeholder engagement, and the ability to deliver measurable outcomes while ensuring smooth execution and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Alignment Translate the Academy's priorities into annual training roadmaps and long-term capability plans. Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and learning innovations. Conduct quarterly reviews with stakeholders to ensure priorities remain relevant. Stakeholder & Relationship Management Act as the main liaison with Brand, Marketing, Sales, Aftersales, and L&D teams. Supervised the distribution of spare parts for after-sales support, guaranteeing prompt delivery to service centres, dealers, and customers. Handled supplier evaluation, negotiation, and performance monitoring to ensure quality and delivery compliance. Worked closely with production, engineering, and finance teams to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives.
