Brand Manager

Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a Philippine-based e-commerce and digital commerce company that focuses on helping brands grow their presence across online marketplaces and digital platforms. Our client is seeking a Brand Manager-a dynamic professional with a solid understanding in e-commerce ecosystem and livestream commerce dynamics. This is an onsite role, five days a week, with the office located in Makati.

Key Responsibilities:

Internal Operations

  • Participate in developing livestream strategies, scripts, and communication frameworks to improve overall performance
  • Conduct host training/management, capability enhancement, performance monitoring, and KPI management
  • Manage the livestream room setup, including lighting, background, equipment checks, product display area, and execution flow control
  • Oversee livestream execution and real-time monitoring, adjusting rhythm and solving issues to ensure smooth operations
  • Perform daily and weekly data analysis & reviews; identify problems and propose actionable optimization plans

External Communication - Brand Partners

  • Act as the daily communication window for brand partners, handling coordination, planning alignment, and resource confirmation
  • Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly business reports; attend brand meetings and provide strategic insights
  • Develop professional Plans for brands and drive execution of recommended strategies

External Communication - TikTok Platform

  • Coordinate with TikTok on campaign planning, official support, and resource acquisition
  • Participate in campaign reviews and provide optimization recommendations
  • Communicate with TikTok on brand health performance (bi-weekly) and support platform growth initiatives


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above from a Top 5 university in the Philippines 3+ years of experience in e-commerce or brand operations
  • Strong preference for candidates with backgrounds from ByteDance, Lazada, Shopee, or major international/local brands' e-commerce departments
  • Solid understanding of E-commerce ecosystem and livestream commerce dynamics
  • Strong communication, coordination, execution, and data analysis skills
  • Highly goal-driven, adaptable to fast-paced and rapidly evolving e-commerce environments
  • Proficient in both English and Tagalog
