Business Development Manager (Property)

Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of one of our esteemed clients in the Land & asset industry (warehouse solutions and fulfillment services). Our client is expanding their business from customized warehouse solutions and strategic location network services into e-commerce enabling and fulfillment operations.
They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth and strengthen market presence within the warehousing, logistics, and industrial estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the warehousing, logistics, and industrial estate sectors.
  • Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and strategic account expansion.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Perform site visits, deliver client presentations, and lead commercial negotiations.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and industry stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.


Requirements

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within warehousing, logistics, or industrial real estate.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Experienced in B2B sales and managing corporate accounts.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of the warehousing, logistics, or industrial property market.
  • Excellent negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.
  • Strong strategic thinking and market analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities in Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Mandarin.
