Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is partnering up with a fast growing e-commerce enabler in Indonesia. Our client is looking for a City Manager to be placed in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. This position will responsible in leading an expansion business in Yogyakarta.
Job description:
- Managing Business Development team for Yogyakarta area and lead the team to expand the business by acquiring new sellers on the area.
- Setting a sales strategy to achieve the business' KPI - GMV, number of order, new sellers, etc.
- Identify new business potential in area to increased the number of new sellers and orders.
- Collaborate with marketing team to create a campaign plan to help sales team achieving the target.
- Maintaining a good relationship with existing and potential sellers in order to create a good retention.
Job requirements:
- 5-8 years of relevant working experience as a City Manager, Regional Manager, Sales Manager, Area Manager, Seller acquisition that focused on handling sales in Yogyakarta.
- Strong market knowledge and business expertise about Yogyakarta.
- Proven experience in exceeding sales target in fast paced technology company.
- Strong experience in managing end to end sales tunnel, from approaching potential sales up to sales retention.
- Great presentation skills.
