Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of one of the largest FMCG companies in the Philippines. Our respected client is seeking a Cost Accountant with at least 4 years of previous relevant work experience in a competitive FMCG-Manufacturing environment. Successful candidate will be based in Pasig City but will report to Sta Rosa, Laguna 1-2x a month.
Job Description:
- Determines the cost of operations by establishing standard costs and collecting operational data.
- Guides cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Coordinates physical inventory counts and cycle counts and investigates cycle counting variances and resolves issues.
- Updates standard costs in the bill of materials and validates the cost of goods sold as part of the month-end close.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
- At least 4 years of previous relevant work experience in a competitive FMCG-Manufacturing environment
- Must be a good communicator, agile, analytical, collaborative, credible & influential leader, and digital-oriented.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Also helpful to have experience manipulating large databases.
- Experience/knowledge in SAP is a must
- Will be based in Pasig but will report tp Sta Rosa, Laguna 1-2x a month
