The candidate is accountable for leading the sales and demand forecast planning process with existing, new, and promotional products. The candidate will need to decide on forecast numbers and activities to delivery business growth, working with sales, logistics, marketing, trade marketing and finance to get input on forecast accuracy.
Job responsibilities
- Lead Demand and sales planning process and ensure strategic challenges issues and opportunities are discussed and actioned upon with the stake holders relevant.
- Ensuring accuracy of demand planning data.
- Identifying gaps between plan and actual figures and raising concerns with sales and marketing for further corrective actions.
- Providing support t business to achieve company target.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience with corporate quality management and corporate compliances.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work and communicate with people r varying levels.
- Excellent command of English communication.
