Digital Partnership Manager

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a Southeast Asia's largest integrated automotive e-commerce platform. With operations across Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Singapore, aims to digitize the region's used car industry by reshaping and elevating the car buying and selling experience. The company provides end-to-end solutions to consumers and used car dealers, from car inspection to ownership transfer to financing, promising a service that is trusted, convenient and efficient.

Job Summary:

As the Senior Exec, Digital Partnership Sourcing & Selling, you will be responsible to build up inventory sourcing capabilities and the selling of refurbished used car for the company by connecting with the assigned Digital Partners in the respective market. You will be identifying respective available cars for sale, establishing commercial trade in relationships, building up sourcing networks, responsible for the targeted sourcing volume from Digital Partnership channels, listing available cars into the partners platform to be up for sale, working together with key person within the partnership and maintaining the partnership relationship.

For this role, the senior exec has to be consistent in follow up and having good partner management servicing will be the key to ensure strong and successful sourcing and selling networks. The senior exec must ensure that all business conduct complies with our business requirements and provide a good experience to both customers and partners.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Maintain proactive relationship with the assigned partners and team.
  • Actively build and improve the sales number of trade in, instant sell and selling of company listed cars by consistently looking for ways to increase lead generation and sales conversion from partners - to ensure sourcing targets are met.
  • Responsible for supporting the regional manager with the partners sourcing activities to ensure that the sourcing pipeline is consistent and sufficient to meet the sourcing target.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive and strong customer focused pitching guide to fellow partners.
  • Identifying, defining, and building up partnership framework and concept with potential partners.
  • Coordinating with the B2C Operations & B2C Commercial team to ensure timely inspection, smooth ownership transfer, provision of trade in prices and alignment on retail inventory criteria.
  • Supporting B2C Commercial Team on trade in price recommendations thru open, transparent and constructive feedbacks.
  • Working closely with B2C Commercial team to identify cars to be sold, pricing of cars to be sold and listed up within the partners platform to be showcased
  • Ensuring smooth business process between company and partners

Job Requirements:

  • Possess Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Minimum 0-2 years of experience in any
  • Ability to work independently and to work with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work with external partners and building a meaningful commercial relationship
  • Ability to perform sales, operation, and negotiation tasks
  • Ability to create and present products and services in the form of presentations
  • Excellent writing, communication and negotiation skills
