Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a growing multinational automotive manufacturing company in Indonesia. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 10 years of experience in managing external affairs from a multinational automotive manufacturing company, to fill the job of External Affairs Manager. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Job Responsibilities:
- Directly report to General Manager and Head of Department
- Responsible to maintain relations with local government to strengthen the relation
- Responsible to cooperate with local government for any policy development, events, and related activities
- Managing and supporting factory for any permits such are tax holiday, master list, SNI, and homologation
- Preparing summary and report news, policy, and concerns related to the factory
Job Requirement:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a reputable university
- Proven experience working in External Affairs for at least 10 years from multinational automotive company
- Mastering to speak and write in English
- Having a wide network and insight in government, social, and associations
- Having strong personality/ leadership, communication skill, and people skill
- Willing to be as a single contributor
