As part of its continuous growth, our client is seeking a highly qualified professional to take on the role of Finance Director. The position is based in South Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job Description

Lead and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, capex planning, and financial performance analysis.
Ensure accurate and timely PSAK-compliant financial statements and management reports.
Manage cash flow, liquidity, banking relationships, funding, and capital structure.
Oversee treasury operations, including FX and commodity hedging.
Ensure full tax compliance, tax planning, and audit readiness.
Strengthen internal controls and governance across Finance, Accounting, Tax, AP/AR, and Treasury.
Oversee procurement strategy for non-wheat materials to ensure cost efficiency and contract governance.
Lead MIS strategy, SAP ERP optimization, data governance, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
Act as key financial advisor to the President Director and shareholders.
Lead and develop Finance, Procurement, and MIS teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (Master's or CPA preferred).
10+ years of finance experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership (Finance Director/CFO level).
Background in flour mill company is preferred.
Strong knowledge of PSAK, tax regulations, treasury, and hedging.
Experience in banking relations, funding, and capital structure management.
Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and strong governance mindset.
Experience with SAP ERP and financial system implementation.
