Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (Data Center)


Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is partnering with a fast-growing data infrastructure company to recruit a highly analytical and commercially driven FP&A Manager. This role will play a strategic part in strengthening financial planning, performance monitoring, and business decision support within a capital-intensive and high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:


Budgeting and Forecasting

  • Develop and continuously enhance budgeting processes, financial projections, and operating forecasts
  • Support the preparation of Annual Operating Plans and long-term business plans
  • Monitor actual performance against forecast and provide clear variance analysis with actionable recommendations


Financial Reporting and Performance Analysis

  • Prepare monthly management P&L and detailed financial analysis
  • Present monthly and quarterly financial performance reports to senior management and department heads
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs, particularly revenue, cost structure, margin performance, and operational efficiency
  • Identify root causes of variances and propose corrective action plans


Business Partnering and Strategic Support

  • Develop robust financial models to support strategic initiatives, expansion projects, and investment decisions
  • Evaluate and prepare business cases for new deals and pricing strategies
  • Provide data-driven insights to support cross-functional decision-making
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis and business performance reporting as required


Cost Control and Governance

  • Monitor cost provisions and support monthly closing processes
  • Strengthen control over CAPEX and OPEX in a capital-intensive environment
  • Ensure discipline, accuracy, and continuous improvement in financial reporting

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in FP&A or financial planning roles
  • Strong financial modeling and financial analysis capability
  • Experience in infrastructure, technology, or other capital-intensive industries is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience presenting financial insights to senior stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
