Head of Growth

Executive recruitment firm Monroe Consulting Group's Technology Division is partnering with a FinTech company that provides broad range of consumer financial services across Malaysia.

Our distinguished client is currently seeking a highly skilled Head of Growth.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sustainable user growth, establish measurable objectives (OKRs/KPIs), and ensure initiatives align with overall business goals.

  • Utilize a combination of product strategy and data insights to improve user journeys, enhance conversion rates, and increase overall platform engagement.

  • Apply user-centric design principles and market insights to shape seamless customer experiences that balance user needs with business outcomes.

  • Identify and develop capabilities, offerings, and digital experiences that encourage consistent usage, repeat visits, and long-term customer engagement.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to explore opportunities that support product adoption and ecosystem expansion.

  • Partner closely with product, marketing, and analytics teams to align roadmaps, launch initiatives, and continuously improve features based on user feedback and data.

Required Skills & Experience:


  • Strategic thinker with relevant experience in product growth, digital platforms, or customer engagement roles.

  • Strong understanding of personalization strategies, customer interaction frameworks, and engagement optimization techniques.

  • Demonstrated success in improving user acquisition, activation, and engagement within digital financial services or similar platforms.

  • Experience analyzing and improving key performance metrics such as user onboarding, retention, and product usage.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to guide decision-making.

  • Exposure to growth initiatives within financial technology or digital finance platforms will be an added advantage.

  • Experience leading teams, mentoring members, and managing performance outcomes.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
