Position Overview
The Head of Growth will be responsible for driving end-to-end digital growth across acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and revenue expansion. This role integrates performance marketing, CRM automation, data analytics, and product-led growth to build a scalable growth engine, with strong emphasis on mobile app performance and digital funnel optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Execution
- Develop a 12-18 month growth roadmap covering new accounts, active traders, deposit volume, trading volume, retention, and LTV.
- Lead high-impact initiatives to accelerate online business performance.
- Present growth performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Digital Acquisition & Performance Marketing
- Own digital acquisition channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic, SEO, affiliates, and referral programs.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets (CAC, ROAS, lead quality).
- Implement multi-touch attribution and lead-scoring methodologies.
- Evaluate and collaborate with external agencies where required.
CRM, Lifecycle Management & Automation
- Design and optimize full lifecycle journeys: onboarding → KYC → deposit → activation → trading → retention → reactivation.
- Manage CRM platforms and automation tools.
- Lead segmentation, cohort analysis, personalization, and multi-channel communication.
- Improve trading frequency, retention rates, and user engagement.
Mobile App & Product-Led Growth
- Collaborate with Product, Tech, and UX teams to optimize mobile and web funnels.
- Lead structured experimentation and A/B testing to improve conversion at every stage.
- Identify product growth levers such as referral systems, loyalty programs, gamification, and multi-asset feature expansion.
Data, Analytics & Experimentation
- Build a data-driven experimentation culture.
- Utilize tools such as GA4, Appsflyer/Adjust, Amplitude, Tableau, and PowerBI.
- Develop dashboards and provide data-backed recommendations.
- Ensure accurate tracking and event definitions in collaboration with BI/Data teams.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Align growth strategy with Marketing, Product, Sales/Telesales, Risk, and Operations.
- Lead and mentor teams across growth, CRM, performance marketing, and analytics.
- Manage prioritization and execution across multiple growth initiatives.
Industry Awareness & Compliance
- Stay updated on trends across forex, CFD, crypto, stock brokerage, and fintech.
- Ensure compliance with OJK and BAPPEBTI regulations related to digital marketing and communication.
- Coordinate closely with compliance teams when launching campaigns.
Qualifications
Required
- 5-10 years of experience in Growth, Digital Marketing, CRM, or Product Growth.
- Experience in brokerage/forex/CFD, fintech trading, crypto exchange, digital brokerage, or mobile-first financial services.
- Strong understanding of growth funnels, CRM automation, performance marketing, retention mechanics, and attribution.
- Highly analytical with strong dashboard and data interpretation capabilities.
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth in acquisition, conversion, retention, or revenue.
Preferred
- Experience launching or scaling mobile trading apps or fintech digital products.
- Experience working closely with BI/Data teams.
- Familiarity with operational risk in online trading.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.
