About the Role
As our Head of Retail Expansion in Thailand, you'll be on the frontlines of bringing a premium Swedish candy brand to life in one of Asia's most exciting retail markets. You'll lead store launches across Bangkok and beyond, secure high-impact locations, build and train best-in-class teams, and ensure each store delivers sugar, style, and unforgettable experiences.

What You'll Do
Lead Store Expansion Across Thailand
Own the full store opening journey-from location scouting and lease negotiations to build-out and launch.
Oversee contractors, store design, fit-outs, and timelines to ensure every store opens on-brand and on time.
Bring an unforgettable experience to the Thai market while keeping the brand premium, playful, and globally consistent.
Oversee Multi-Store Operations
Ensure retail operations are smooth, stocked, and delivering best-in-class service.
Track KPIs across sales, staffing, service, and satisfaction-and continuously improve performance.
Build & Lead Rockstar Teams
Recruit, train, and coach store managers and frontline staff across Thailand
Instill the brand's service mindset, customer-first values, and product passion in every team member.
Build a strong, inclusive, high-energy store culture that customers can feel.
Drive Local Marketing & Brand Visibility
Collaborate with HQ on campaign rollouts, influencer tie-ins, and seasonal in-store promotions.
Activate the brand through mall partnerships, community events, and pop-up experiences across Thailand.
Own the in-store retail calendar and align it with product drops and brand moments.
Report, Optimize, and Scale
Use sales and operational data to drive improvements in performance, merchandising, and staffing.
Create scalable playbooks, SOPs, and processes to support future store launches.
Who You Are
5-10 years of experience in retail operations, business development, or multi-store leadership.
Proven experience opening and operating stores in Thailand.
Strong local network across malls, landlords, contractors, and retail service providers.
Fluent in Thai & English, with excellent communication skills.
Passionate about fun brands, customer experience, and cultural retail.
Hands-on, proactive, and energized by building something new from scratch.
Bonus points if you love candy.
