They are current seeking to appoint the Head of Sales to lead its Phuket-based team. This job is based in Phuket, Thailand.
The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing the company's sales strategy, managing the performance of the sales team, and driving revenue growth across multiple property projects. This leadership role requires a results-driven professional with deep knowledge of Thailand's real estate market-particularly in the luxury residential segments. Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with corporate goals and market conditions.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Oversee all aspects of the sales cycle-from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales follow-up.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities and adjust strategy as needed.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, agents, and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment between sales strategy and brand positioning.
- Manage pricing strategies, promotions, and sales campaigns for both local and international markets.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to the executive team.
- Ensure all sales processes and documentation comply with company policies and Thai regulatory requirements.
- Represent the company at property expos, networking events, and client presentations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Extensive years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within real estate development, hospitality, or a related luxury industry.
- Proven track record in driving sales performance and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of Thailand's property market, particularly in Phuket and resort destinations.
- Experience managing multicultural teams and international client portfolios.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic and analytical approach to business development.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus.
