Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a technology company. Our respected client is seeking for a Head of Search who will lead the delivery of full cycle recruiting across various roles. This role is onsite, in BGC.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of a robust talent acquisition strategy aimed at attracting top-tier talent in software development, AI, and digital marketing.
  • Build and oversee a high-performing search team, comprising seasoned recruiting managers and professionals across different levels, dedicated to identifying the next generation of innovators.
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to anticipate future needs and operate outside conventional norms.
  • Embrace cutting-edge methodologies-leverage technology, data-driven insights, and experimentation-to continuously refine our approach and maintain a competitive edge. Drive recruitment innovation through AI, advanced technology platforms, strategic events, and rigorous analytics.
  • Drive innovation and efficiency: Provide strategic direction in search strategy formulation, candidate sourcing, experience enhancement, screening processes, and alignment of recruitment tactics with business objectives.
  • Architect robust recruitment systems and processes while spearheading initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies.


Job Requirements:

  • At least 10 years experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 8 years in leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR leader in a fast-paced tech environment, with a track record of successfully exceeding goals.
  • Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition in the tech industry.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire trust and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable initiatives.
