HR & Admin Associate, Makati City, Philippines

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of one of the leading trading house in Japan. Starting from plastic, chemical and electronics business, they expanded its business segment to Medical devices, Food & Beverages and Radiation detection services. This job is on a hybrid work-from-home setup with office based in Salcedo, Makati.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Monitor and analyze attendance related concerns like tardiness, overtime, rendering of leaves timely submission of monthly working cards of all employees.
  • Implements recruitment strategies by maintaining a pool of qualified applicants to ensure that the company will attract skilled and competent candidates to various positions.Assists managers in conducting the performance evaluation by preparing the performance appraisal forms, providing necessary information on the process and to ensure that the criteria and procedures on performance evaluation are considered in the process.
  • Monitors the implementation of adopted personnel policies by monitoring all employees in coordination with the managers to ensure adherence to the policies, prepares related memoranda, and evaluates the impact of the policies by conducting policy reviews and analysis to ensure individual effectiveness and overall productivity.
  • Prepares reminder slips, memorandums, warning slips and incident reports by conducting policy reviews and analysis to ensure individual effectiveness and overall productivity.
  • In charge of company-wide recreational activities including Christmas Party, Welcome Party, Farewell Party and Company Outing.
  • In-charge of the timely processing and monitoring of expatriates VISA and working permits, as well as local employee's VISA for international business trips.
  • Handle admin jobs for NPH/ NPZ such as ordering of office, computer, and pantry supplies.
  • Maintains the day-to-day office needs.
  • Handles hotel and flight bookings of clients.
  • Assist ISO and audit task like document preparations.
  • Performs other related work, which may be assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time

Requirements:

  • Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources Management graduate
  • Years of related work experience: 1 years
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation and personnel information system
  • Good interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels
  • Good organizational skills
  • Must be a team player, can work with minimum supervision.
