Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of one of the leading multinational property company. They're in search of dynamic candidate to join their force as a Mobile Developer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources manager.
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes.
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).
- Communicate with public services when necessary.
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
- Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum qualification of a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience is necessary for this role.
- Proficiency in mobile app technology stack such as React Native, JavaScript, and Expo.
- Working knowledge and understanding of backend systems, including Rest APIs, or similar experience with remote data through Restful APIs and JSON.
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn, responsible, and capable of working effectively in a team.
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a rapidly evolving and dynamic team environment.
