A Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic advisor who partners with senior leadership to drive business performance through people strategy. The HRBP translates organizational goals into integrated workforce plans, ensuring talent, culture, structure, and capability enable sustainable growth and competitive advantage.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning
  • Support performance management, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives
  • Advise managers on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decisions
  • Lead or support change management initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best practices
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and Learning & Development

Job Requirements

  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational strategy
  • Good understand in HRIS and HRCOE
