The Marketing Manager is for responsible for leading strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen brand positioning and drive sustainable business growth. The position oversees integrated marketing planning, go-to-market execution, and performance optimization, while working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful marketing outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies, including annual and quarterly plans, aligned with overall business objectives to enhance brand awareness and market presence.
Lead go-to-market (GTM) initiatives for new products, ensuring campaigns are executed on schedule and meet quality standards.
Conduct market research, customer insight analysis, and competitor benchmarking to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Plan, manage, and optimize the annual marketing budget to ensure effective resource allocation and strong return on investment (ROI).
Build and maintain strong working relationships with advertising agencies, PR firms, media partners, and KOL/KOC stakeholders to drive successful collaborations.
Lead, coach, and develop marketing team members to enhance execution capability and professional growth.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and channel teams to ensure alignment and efficient project implementation.
Utilize BI analytics tools and CRM systems to track performance, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and continuously improve marketing results.
Job Requirements
Proven expertise in marketing strategy development, market analysis, campaign execution, budget management, and ROI optimization.
Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing teams and working cross-functionally.
Demonstrated experience collaborating with advertising agencies, PR agencies, media, and KOL/KOC partners, with a track record of successful campaigns.
Proficient in digital marketing and e-commerce platforms, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopee, and Lazada.
Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and a results-driven mindset, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong command of English; proficiency in Chinese is a significant advantage.
