Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a well trusted trading industry. Our respected client is seeking for a seasoned sales with solid knowledge generating new business on Plastic Resins/Mobility for Sales Executive position. The job is based Laguna.

Job overview:

The responsibilities of inside sales are providing administrative, clerical and customer support with

high accuracy and timely manner. Following up customers, complete orders and processes by closely communicating to commercial sales as well as customer service.

Responsibilities:

  1. Frequently and efficiently coordinate with commercial sales in a timely manner
  2. Provide accurate information to reporting line, commercial sales, and customer services
  3. Prepare / provide quotations to customers
  4. Frequently checking customers' forecast and proceed to make orders to suppliers as needed
  5. Promptly, register / revise information of products and vendors to the internal system as needed
  6. Proactively arrange meetings with suppliers and customers
  7. Attend sales meeting
  8. Performing other related work which may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time

Required Education/Experience:

  • Preferably Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering Courses
  • Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers and other stakeholders
  • Over 2 years sales experience (B to B) or related to plastic industry
  • Have handled import and export from previous companies
  • Experience in Trading company is also preferred.
  • Skill and ability to operate a computer and work extensively with Excel, Word and Outlook a high level of time management skills & accurate information management skills
  • Organizing tasks skills
  • Experience in forecast & order
  • Timely, accurate, and smooth communication skills
