Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of the most extensive, adopted and in-depth integrated online platform built for the maritime industry. Our esteemed client is seeking a Procurement Solution Owner to focus on client experience to improve customers satisfaction to products and services by building proactive and customer centric approach. This position is based in BGC, Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines, and currently operates on a hybrid arrangement with one day onsite.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Daily Responsible for Solution Area (e.g. Trade to settlement)
  • Provide deep functional expertise to clients & internal
  • Quality Assurance and Testing
  • Subscriptions optimization for better user experience
  • On time and on budget project delivery
  • Communicate and clarify business needs to the platform team.
  • Commercial and Adoption target tied to Solution
  • Contract optimization and client management.
  • Includes reviewing existing contracts to be sure both parties are fulfilling their requirements, mediating and addressing shortcomings, and analyzing additional requirements of client to provide design creative, effective solutions that align with business goals.
  • This may involve tailoring existing solutions, developing new ones, or integrating various products and services.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks/ projects.
  • You will collaborate closely with internal and external clients, using your expertise to bridge the gap between technical capabilities and client requirements.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed.


Key Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field is often required.
  • Knowledgeable on Six Sigma, Lean or other process improvement tools (Certification is an advantage)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Solution Owner or similar role in a B2B Marketplace or Marine Procurement industry.
  • Buyer and Supplier Maritime contract management
  • Ability to review contracts and track record of consistently delivering projects on time, on budget, and to high quality.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex client challenges and design creative, effective solutions that align with business goals.
  • Project management
  • Strong time management and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across various functions.
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Develops, implements, monitors and evaluates process improvement ideas/ programs.
