Product Marketing Lead (Digital)


Monroe Consulting Group is assisting a client in looking for a Product Marketing Lead. Our client is a hyper growing SaaS company. This role will be heading 2 business units. This job is open for remote work, and open for expats as well.

Job responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for new product launches or product features, from defining target markets/segments, product positioning to metrics of success.
  • Monitor the delivery of the project and conduct a thorough analysis to assess and learn from the success of the campaign.
  • Collaborate between functions and flows (Business Intelligence, CRM, Digital Marketing, Social Media and Creative) on the planning, execution, follow-up of campaigns and creation of success tracking reports.
  • Identify the most suitable marketing channels and target segment for each marketing initiatives through targeted channels.
  • Develop detailed brief, analysis and campaign reports. Analyze, evaluate, and optimize marketing campaign performance to ensure all effective and efficient investment.
  • Manage marketing expenses as per budget, hence achieving OKR efficiently

Job requirements:

  • 6+ years work experience in product marketing and in fast growing tech sector.
  • Deep understanding of customer behavior, segmentation, Go-to-Market strategy.
  • A strong business acumen and a data person with strong analytical skills, ability to do data tracking, data analytic, data insight and making comprehensive report.
  • Strong creative skills to identify and set up marketing campaigns that stands out.
