Executive recruitment firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf an international company specialized in open mobility solutions.. The company is based in Makati and the role is to be assigned on a hybrid set-up.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • To support the timely delivery and implementation of product launches, robust business cases and market equations, monthly reports on competitor pricing and position, and other related tasks deemed necessary.
  • To lead in the development of business cases for new product proposals such as evaluating the feasibility of new product opportunities, including technical requirements, market potential, and pricing.
  • To develop a detailed understanding of company product lines, technical/application capabilities, and the marketplace.
  • To monitor and analyze competitiveness/positioning analysis
  • To Provide product support to other teams as directed to support overall department and corporat priorities/business planning.
  • To present the findings/reports to the management
  • To conduct competitive product assessments or price monitoring
  • To participate in various activities outside the company to keep abreast with the updates in the market
  • To conduct vehicle specification checking
  • To project and protect a professional image of his/her person and that of the company all the time.



Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, or a related field, with a focus on automotive technology.
  • Atleast 5 years experience in product management or planning within the automotive industry.
  • Familiarity with automotive technologies, trends, and regulations.
  • Understanding of automotive systems, components, and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to collaborate with engineering teams on technical aspects of product development.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in the context of automotive product development challenges.
  • Ability to navigate complex technical and business issues.
